A cup of this really simple detox water every morning is going to do your digestive system wonders!! You only have to taste ingredients like mint, lemon and cucumber to know that they're super refreshing, cleansing and soothing on the tummy. - 1 bunch fresh mint
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 small organic cucumber
- Filtered water
Tear the mint and slice the lemon and cucumber. Place everything in a fridge-friendly jug, and fill with water. Leave to infuse in the fridge overnight, and drink a glass each morning.
Tip: After you finish the jug, fill it up with water again - you can get at least another round out of the infusions, but after that you might find the mint goes a little brown.
