Everyone thinks their morning-after remedy is the best... but this is magic stuff, I swear! It uses really fresh, nutrition-packed, super-hydrating vegetables alongside strong flavours to punch out any nasty flavours going , plus it boosts that immune system. You won't find any preservative-packed, bottled tomato juice in this one!

It's very easy to slip into a guilty mindset after we've over-celebrated, especially if we've been trying to put more effort into our health. The very best thing we can do for ourselves after we've pushed our bodies a little too far is replenish in a natural, loving way. Settling in on the couch for a fast food binge might feel like it's helping at the time, but it's only going to slow you down and take you longer to get your bounce back!

Stock up on these ingredients and when you next give in to one too many glasses of bubbles while enjoying some Christmas cheer, give this one a go the next day.

Makes 4 serves

  • 6-7 fresh, organic tomatoes (juicing ones are significantly cheaper, and work great)
  • 2 sticks fresh, organic celery (keep the leaves for garnishing if desired)
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • Tobasco sauce, to taste
  • Enough ice to reach desired consistency (I used one tray)

Blend all ingredients together until very smooth, and then pour into glasses. Garnish with celery leaves if desired.
