A dairy-free version of a classic sweet-spiced dish that I genuinely never get sick of - if the weather stayed warm all year round, I would have this every day! So thick and creamy it's like eating dessert for breakfast... This is also great with a large frozen banana instead of the mango.
- 1 frozen mango - 3/4 cup almond milk - 1/4 cup coconut milk - 1 tsp chia seeds - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp ground turmeric - 1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger - handful of ice
Blend everything together, pour, dust with turmeric and eat with a spoon!mango lassi
