Warming Maca Mocha
Lots of nourishing warming things in a mug to make winter mornings slightly less traumatic ;-) Makes 1 cup - 1 shot of coffee - 2/3 cup almond milk, heated or steamed - 1 tsp raw organic cacao - 1/4 tsp cinnamon, extra for dusting - 1/4 tsp maca powder - dash of rice malt syrup or honey (optional)
Place cacao, cinnamon, maca and honey (if using) in the bottom of a mug. Pour the coffee shot over the top and stir to dissolve. Pour in the heated almond milk, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
