Why do external priorities, pressures and obligations always trump our health?

Why is it so difficult to put ourselves first on a regular basis, even though we know how vital it is to our long-term health and happiness?

The short answer:

We are all in different bodies with different health needs, so health advice aimed at the masses is setting us up for failure.

Knowing what the ‘right thing’ to do isn’t enough to convince us to do it. We look at yet another health solution on the market and wonder, ‘why is this one better than the last 5 I tried?’ The risk of going down yet another rabbit hole and not seeing results is too high.

There needs to be more more surety that a health solution going to work for us.

There needs to be more reason to shift ourselves away from bad habits and into good ones - not just the knowledge of what’s ‘healthy’ and what’s not. Knowledge is not enough.

There needs to be a WANT within us to find the tactics that are actually going to help us.

There needs to be love - as cliched as it is, if there’s no love for yourself and the body that you’re in, what’s the incentive to make the best choices for your health?

If your body doesn’t work, you don’t work.

We need a mindset overhaul. A back-to-basics approach. An uncomplicated plan, relevant to our very own body, to make good health an achievable reality.

Once we start seeing results, we find momentum, and momentum leads to incredible long-term change.

In this overwhelming, noisy world of ‘get healthy now’ options, it’s insanely difficult to muster up the faith to commit to some long, intricate and expensive program to ‘show us the way’ to good health, let alone find the space in our lives to complete it.

Nourish Me Whole has two program options designed to give you personalised tools to help you identify, establish and maintain your own authentic health - and take accountability for your own success.

Both programs are designed to put the accountability with YOU. Every result you see is on you - as is every result you don’t see.

Option 1: The Single Session Reset

Part 1

A comprehensive Pre-Session Wellbeing Questionnaire that determines where you’re at with your health. This is an important step that allows me to prepare quality tools and resources ahead of our session. Often just completing this exercise is enough to help you understand your health better. It should take you about 15-minutes to complete, and you can do it right now!

Part 2

A 60-minute, one-on-one Single Session Reset Call (using Zoom, or whatever you’re most comfortable with) where we deep dive into your health history, your belief systems around health, and where you want your health to be.

Part 3

One week after your session, you’ll receive your Authentic Health Pack by email. This is your personally curated collection of tools, ideas, recipes and more, collated by me and built using what we’ve explored in your Single Session Reset Call. The reason why the Authentic Health Pack is sent a week later is two fold. Firstly it’s so I, as your coach, have the opportunity to digest our conversation, consider your options and give your pack content the time and attention it deserves. Secondly, it gives you your first taste of self-accountability - if you’re still pumped and ready for change after seven days, you know you’re on to something great that’s going to inspire lasting change.

The rest is up to you!

This program is about teaching you to be accountable for your own success. If someone holds your hand the whole way, you’ll feel compelled to attribute any progress you make back to that someone. On the contrary, if you take on the advice and learn how to apply it into your life on your own, the success is all yours, and the will to keep going is all the more powerful.

Investment

The Single Session Reset is a once-only payment of AU$159. Simple as that!

Upon booking, you’ll receive an email with a link to your Pre-Session Wellbeing Questionnaire. It’s important that you complete this and return it by email within one week of your scheduled session time in order to get the most out of your program.


Option 2: Wellbeing Questionnaire & Authentic Health Pack

Option 2 is for those who don’t have the time, resources or desire to discuss their health in depth over a call. This program includes Parts 1 and 3 as listed above only - completion of the Wellbeing Questionnaire, followed by the Authentic Health Pack for you to keep.

It is important to note that as the call is omitted from this package, your Wellbeing Questionnaire is the only resource used to create your Authentic Health Pack. This means your results may not be as thorough as those you might receive if you undergo the Single Session Reset package.

This option gives you the opportunity to undergo a cost-effective version of the Single Session Reset program and begin to steer your health in the right direction.

  • Neither program is designed to keep you accountable to try what I suggest. These are introductory models to changing your health - if you’d like to invest in a more comprehensive coaching plan, you can see our packages here.

  • Neither program is going to get you results by paying your money then doing nothing. It will point you in the right direction, but your success lies firmly with you. This is the ONLY way to achieve long-lasting change.

  • Neither program is designed to be taken as gospel. You’re still in charge of the decisions you make and what you decide to try. Only you know if something is working for you. I won’t know everything there is to know about you and your health in just one hour, and I won’t know if something you’re trying starts to feels wrong.
