3-Ingredient Banana Pancakes


Easy brekkie for the morning?! Pancakes are my favourite breakfast, so I've played around a lot with gluten/dairy/sugar free pancake recipes. I have a few under my belt, but this one is by far the simplest, and so sweet and delicious! 3 ingredients is all you need (before you add any lovely toppings), and there's a good chance you already have them at home. Makes 2 large pancakes, or 3 small.



  • 1 small, ripe banana

  • 1 free range organic egg

  • 3 tbs gluten free flour

  • Toppings to your liking. I love a drizzle of rice malt syrup.



Combine all ingredients & mix well with a fork. Lightly grease a frypan with coconut oil, and heat over medium heat. Spoon in half of the mixture & spread out to desired thickness. Flip when bubbles appear. Top as you wish!
